Shipping from Miami, Florida

 

We are a USA based business and we ship to USA and Canada.

 

All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida within 24 hours after the order is placed. After that, packages usually take between 5-7 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time depending on your location (and the carrier's processing time). We will provide you with the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. 

 

In the case the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, we suggest checking with a neighbor or doorman first. Sometimes, the packages are also left with property managers or building office.

 

If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them using the tracking number provided in the order. We will do our best to assist you, but unfortunately, we cannot hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
